Univision is thrilled to announce that reggaeton legend and recipient of this year’s Global Icon award, Don Omar, will ignite the stage with two electrifying musical performances featuring Brazilian superstar Anitta, multi-platinum recording artist Machine Gun Kelly, and urban music heavyweights Wisin and Yandel as special guests.
The longest-running music award show on Spanish-Language television, Univision’s PREMIO LO NUESTRO will air LIVE from Kaseya Center on Thursday, February 22, at 7p/6c.
Debuting on the PREMIO LO NUESTRO stage, Machine Gun Kelly will join forces with Don Omar for a special performance of his timeless hit “Danza Kuduro.” Last year, the internationally acclaimed genre-bending artist surprised fans with a captivating cover of the reggaeton anthem at Mad Cool Festival in Madrid. This iconic moment underscores the enduring legacy of the song, which has not only etched its place in music history but also propelled the global rise of urban music, dominating charts worldwide.
