Becky G returned home on Thursday (October 12) for the second of three sold-out nights at the Novo in Los Angeles.

The singer-songwriter has been on the road for her “Mi Casa, Tu Casa” tour, which is the 26-year-old’s first-ever headlining tour. The tour has made stops in cities such as New York, Boston, Texas, Orlando, Phoenix, and more.

Soon after breaking out in 2013 with her rendition of J. Lo’s hit “Becky From the Block,” the Inglewood native released music in different genres of music from pop, hip-hop, reggaeton and regional Mexican. Of course, throu this journey, she’s shared her journey. The good, the bad and everything in between.

Now, a whole decade later into her musical career, Becky G continues to celebrate with fans all around her growth as an artist and the 200-percenter she truly is with her music and style.

In honor of Becky G’s “Mi Casa, Tu Casa” tour, here are some of my favorite moments from her LA hometown show.

“Mi Casa Tu Casa” Milestone Moment

As someone who’s been a Becky G fan since 2013, this is one of her most significant milestones. After much hard work and dedication, she finally got her own tour. It was such a beautiful moment being in the presence of so many “beasters” aka Becky’s fans, who have come together within this last decade.

Celebrates Her Two Cultures, Two Flags

If there’s one thing Becky will do is celebrate where she’s from, PROUDLY. As fans, we’ve seen that firsthand throughout the years in her music and who she is. During her concerts, Becky invites fans into her 200% (Mexican and American) worlds. She connects with fans in a way that allows them to be seen and heard.

Conexion Divina and Becky G Join Forces

Before Becky hits the stage of her “Mi Casa Tu Casa” tour, the fans are treated to a medley of songs from Conexión Divina. The group recently made history by becoming the world’s first Gen-Z female sierreño group. The trio of Mexican American Latinas not only sing but also write their songs and play their instruments.

Tribute To The Queen of Tejano, Selena Quintanilla

It’s no surprise Selena Quintanilla has always inspired Becky G. We’ve seen her express her love and admiration for the late-great Tejano singer. On the tour, she pays tribute to Selena with some of her songs from “Carcancha” and “Como La Flor.”

“Mi Casa Tu Casa” Lives Up To Its Name

Becky is that family member who invites everyone to the carne asada on Sunday, and “Mi Casa Tu Casa” is no exception. From beginning to end, the tour is a big party, making everyone feel at home. There’s dancing, singing, and many tequila shots to join the celebration.
