Fuerza Regida Scores New Milestone On Billboard's Hot Latin Albums Chart

Fuerza Regida have taken over the charts in the United States and Mexico with their contemporary regional sound. The superstar group proudly celebrates their first-ever number one on Billboard's Top Latin Albums chart, as their album Pa Las Baby's Y Belikeada climbed from #2 to #1 for the week of April 27, 2024. The new chart peak was powered in part by Fuerza's highly-successful announcement of the "Pero Te Enamores Tour," which has already sold out eight dates with more to come.

  • Formed in San Bernardino, CA in 2015, the five-man group is composed of lead singer/songwriter Jesús Ortiz Paz (aka JOP), Samuel Jaimez on requinto, Khrystian Ramos on armonía/guitarron, José Garcia on Tuba, and Moises Lopez on Tololoche

  • In 2023, Fuerza Regida became the first Latin band to be No. 1 on the "Top Artists – Duo/Group" list of Billboard‘s year-end charts, and won 2023 Billboard Music Awardsfor Top Duo/Group and Top Latin Duo/Group

  • Fuerza's collaboration with Marshmello, "Harley Quinn," became their first song to reach #1 on the Latin Airplay Chart, generated over 395 million streams on Spotify, and peaked at #40 on the Billboard Hot 100 in 2023

  • The group has placed 7 albums and EPs in the Top 10 of Billboard's Top Latin Albums chart, including their October 2023 album, Pa Las Baby's Y Belikeada, which debuted at #2 on the Billboard Latin Albums chart, and #14 on the Billboard 200, behind 53 million on-demand streams during its opening week, the third-largest opening total for a regional Mexican album to date. The album reached #1 on the Top Latin Albums chart in its 26th week behind 24k units (approximately 30 million on-demand streams)
