Los Esquiveles & Deorro Join Forces For New Single “LIV”

Today, trailblazing electro-corridos phenomenon Los Esquivel present a sultry, electronic Música Mexicana fusion with their newest single, “LIV,” alongside Mexican-American artist and producer, Deorro. “LIV” arrives as an exclusive Spotify Single and is now available to stream. 

Forming part of Spotify’s La Tierra de Música Mexicana campaign, Los Esquivel lead with the Electro Corridos genre as the first drop of the campaign. For “LIV,” the sibling duo and Deorro come together for an exhilarating blend of classic música mexicana with an EDM flare. Layered over weeping trumpets and staggering kicks, Sebastian and Eugenio Esquivel pair their distinctive vocals with a daring, sensual wordplay to bring the slow-tempo mix to life. 

“LIV” perfectly embodies the musical chemistry between Los Esquivel and Deorro, who previously joined forces during the hitmaker’s set at Tecate Pal Norte this year – closing out the festival’s inaugural night as special guests of Deorro and ringing in a crowd of over 50,000 concertgoers. 

The release of “LIV” joins an extensive list of accomplishments in Los Esquivel’s flourishing career – having recently dazzled with their 2024 Premios Juventud debut. Earlier last month, the breakout sibling duo released “Electromorbo” featuring Dani Flow and Uzielito Mix. Los Esquivel also enjoyed a groundbreaking takeover at the 2024 Premios Heat awards marking the first time the electro-corridos genre was showcased at the ceremony, and taking home their very first Heat award for ‘Musical Promise.’
