Estevie Shares Cumbia-Infused Ballad "Hombre Malvado"

Gen Z Cumbia Pop Star Estevie shares her latest track, a cumbia norteña- influenced ballad “Hombre Malvado.”

Tying together a multi-part love story, both thematically and visually from prior single “Cowboy Rockstar,” the love story comes to its conclusion in a single wrapped in mourning the end of a once perceived beautiful love now tainted with disillusionment, deceit and no longer recognizing the person you once thought you knew – leaving you with a broken heart, or worse, to deal with as they escape harm free. 

‘Hombre Malvado’ is an emotional, modern cumbia norteña,” said Estevie. “I feel like so many of us go through similar experiences of meeting a “Hombre Malvado” and this song talks about that – a man that said he would do anything for you, yet turned around on all of the promises and plans, leaving you with a broken heart.”
